There is a boat launch for campers to use. If you don't have a boat there are so many different ways to enjoy the water! Think of all the fun you could have with canoes, kayaks, boogey boards, float tubes, and more!
There are a variety of hiking trails throughout the park with some beautiful views. Hikes vary in length from a moderate half-mile hike to 2.5 mile hikes and more! You can learn about the history of California's nature as you take these hikes and explore!
The Visitors Center is a great place to visit to learn more about the area's natural and cultural history. In the Visitors Center you can visit their aquarium with some of the lake's fish species. If you are looking for something to take home for a special someone or for yourself, there is a great gift shop that is also located in the Visitors Center.
Four campgrounds are available for use and can fit a maximum camper or trailer length of 35 feet. Each site has their own table, fire ring, and food storage box. There are nearby restrooms by each site with pay showers and flushable toilets. Many of the sites offer easy access to multiple hiking trails, the swim beach, or to great fishing spots.
If cabins are more of your style, Clear Lake State Park has you covered! With eight different cabins with heaters, air conditioning, lights, and a fan. There can be up to four people in a cabin.
